Stratum Boulevard
The Stratum Boulevard is basically a streamlined version of the Billionaire Boulevard : a collection of planets hosting Stratum Tectonicas (a valuable bio, 19 millions per scan), already sorted for ease of traveling, if you need a quick influx of cash during your early/mid game progression, or want to raise your Exobiology rank (though for a large rank progression, I'd suggest using the Stratum Sniping guide as it will give you the first discovery bonus - which you won't get with this in-bubble route).
This list consists of easily reached planets hosting Tectonias : under 100 light-years from Sol, near the main star, with a gravity of at most 0.5G .
What You Will Need
Small or medium ship : While the Stratum does love a nice flat, open space, it's still highly recommended to avoid large ships for this - a small ship like the Diamondback Explorer or a exploration-medium like the Mandalay will be ideal.
Detailed Surface Scanner (DSS) : Size 1 optional module - you need the DSS to get the general location of the Stratum on the planet surface. Most stations will have one, but if you want specifics you can use the Inara Outfitting search
Artemis Suit : Required to take samples of the bios (its special tool is the "genetic sampler"). Most station on-foot shops will have one - you don't need specific grades or engineering on it, at you will only use it for the genetic sampler.
SCO-capable FSD : While all planets are at most a minute away from the main star even without SCO, it will massively reduce your travel time.
Fuel Scoop : You'll be doing a lot of jumps, don't forget your scoop !
Optional - SRV : The quickest way to get samples of Stratum Tectonicas is to land directly on it, grab a sample then continue from your ship, but if you like driving a SRV - go for it.
What to do
Travel to your target system
"Honk" in the system (the "Discovery scanner" is an integrated module on every ship, bind from your fire groups on your right panel)
Open your system map, locate the planet hosting the Stratum and target it. Bodies will be numbered in order - a letter before the planet number is the origin star, a letter after the planet number will be the moon indicator (eg. "B6c" is the third moon of the 6th planet for the B star, AB6c would be the same but between A and B stars). If you have difficulties locating the bodies without the names, you can scan the Navigation Beacon to get the system data.
Travel to that planet, and engage your DSS module (it can be bound from your fire groups on your right panels). Each probe fired with your DSS will map a circle on the surface - you need to reach 90% coverage to fully map the planet and get the data, the efficiency bonus is irrelevant here.
Once mapped, before exiting the DSS, select "Stratum" as the filter : the areas in blue are the areas where the Stratum can appear.
Descend to any blue area and fly slowly near the ground until you see some Stratum (usually come in groups). In order to let the bios render, you need to fly as close to the ground as you're comfortable, and keep a maximum speed of 50m/s (actual values may vary depending on your performances, but this is a decent baseline)
Once you see a Stratum (picture below), land close to it, disembark and get your sample. You will need three samples of the same Stratum to get the data, each taken at least 500m apart. Do not re-embark in your ship until the sampling animation is fully complete, as the sample is validated near the end of the animation.
Once you have the three samples, jump to the next system - the list is sorted for ease of travel and meant to be done in order.
